Experience spectacular sunrises
Go back in time, exploring pioneer cabins that retain the feel of yesteryear
Keep an eye out for elusive wildlife like black bear, coyote, and more
Everywhere you turn, there is something unique and beautiful to photograph
Throughout this workshop I will share with you some of my favorite tucked away, little-known places in and around the National Park. Everyday will be a feast for the eyes and the heart.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRIP
Each day will be unique as we follow the sun, the streams, and the mountains seeking the best locations in the best light.
Mornings and late afternoons / evenings will be prime shooting times.
Mid-day will be time to refresh and renew, edit images, and have image critiques and teaching sessions covering some of my favorite Tips & Tricks in Lightroom and Photoshop.
We will always be on the lookout for wildlife, as we explore the park.
The workshop will be filled with creative approaches for flowers and landscapes.
You will also learn the finer points of successfully photographing moving water.
This inspirational and educational trip includes my signature pre-trip live and interactive Zoom meeting (a few months before the trip) which covers suggested gear, camera techniques and settings, creative ideas, details on how to prepare and what to bring.
This trip will elevate your photography to a higher level, regardless of whether you are a longtime photographer or a novice.
TRAVEL DETAILS
We will be based in the quiet town of Townsend, Tennessee, very close to the park entrance and to many of the areas where we will be photographing. We will be far away from the crowds, the noise, and the traffic that can interfere with the peaceful solitude of the park.
